TERMS OF SERVICE:

General:

· commissioner must be at least 13 years old to order an artwork. Payments must be done from the parent's account and with their consent· all the prices are presented in US dollars (PLN prices are only for Polish customers)· I may charge more if the character's design is complex· I may charge less if the artwork is to be used to promote an event or be a significant part of a video (YouTube sprites, thumbnails ect.)· additional characters are +50% of the base price· simple backgrounds are free· background prices depend on the complexity; the base price for a background is +$10 / 30 PLN

Payments and Refunds:

· payment is done through PayPal or Ko-Fi (Polish customers are welcome to also pay with BLIK and through bank transfer)· payment upfront or after I present you with a sketch· I do not refund after the sketch is presented to the client and it is approved by them· if you are not happy with the sketch and decide to ask for a refund, please note that I might use the sketch for further works on different pieces (like YCHs)· tips are always appreciated! ❤
